Password accounts are different from regular mnemonic accounts.
You need to use both mnemonic phrase + password account password to recover the account, so please be sure to back them up properly.
Step 1: Enable Password Account
Open the Panda Wallet and tap Me at the bottom.
In the account area, tap Password Account.
Step 2: Read the Terms of Use
The first time you enter the password account, the system will display the terms of use.
Please read the following key points carefully:
Password accounts are different from regular mnemonic accounts.
Creating a password account requires setting a dedicated password, which is as important as the mnemonic phrase.
Password accounts require both the mnemonic phrase + password account password to recover the account.
If either the mnemonic phrase or the password account password is missing, the account cannot be recovered.
After reading, check I have understood the above, then tap Got it.
Step 3: Enter Password Account Password
After entering the password account page, enter a password account password.
Password requirements:
6–53 characters, can include numbers, letters, and symbols.
After entering, tap Confirm.
Step 4: Confirm Creating a New Password Account
If the password has not been used before, the system will prompt:
This password corresponds to an unused password account. You are about to create a new password account with this password. Continue?
If correct, tap Next.
If you do not want to create it, tap Cancel to go back.
Step 5: Confirm Password Account Password Again
To avoid input errors, you need to enter the same password account password again.
After entering, tap Confirm.
Once the two passwords match, the password account creation is complete.
Step 6: Check Password Account Status
After creating the password account, return to the wallet home page.
If the password account icon is displayed at the top of the page, it means you are currently using the password account mode.
The address, assets, and transaction history displayed belong to the current password account.
How to Switch Back to a Regular Account
On the wallet home page at the top, tap the password account icon.
The system will prompt:
The current account mode is password account. Do you want to switch back to a regular account?
Tap Switch to Regular Account to return to the regular mnemonic account.
Tap Cancel to stay in the current password account.
Switching account modes will not delete assets or change the mnemonic phrase; it only switches the account you are currently viewing and using.

Please be sure to remember and securely back up:
Mnemonic Phrase + Password Account Password
Regular accounts can be recovered with the mnemonic phrase alone.
Password accounts require both the mnemonic phrase + password account password to recover.
If the password account password is lost, even if you have the mnemonic phrase, you cannot recover the corresponding password account.
